Nutrition consultation 1:1

Are you ready to embark on a journey towards optimal health and well-being? My 1:1 session are designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. 

Whether you’re striving for a specific sports performance goal, boost your energy, or simply lead a healthier life, my approach is all about understanding the profound connection between your eating choices and your overall health. It goes beyond counting calories and tracking macronutrients. Instead, it takes into account your unique bio-individuality.

Our Roadmap together:

1st Session

90 minutes

We'll begin by understanding your health history, current dietary habits, and your goals. We'll look at your unique needs and concerns and start discussing the main points to be addressed in our journey to optimal health and performance. A health plan tailored for you will be sent within 24 hours of our first session.

Follow-up session

45 minutes

Intentionally 3 weeks after our first connection. In this quick session, we'll go over your health plan to understand your first challenges and make any necessary adaptations. In the process, you will also have a deeper explanation behind the development of this health plan to align purpose and intention to your efforts.

Following sessions

60 minutes

There's no limit when it comes to learning and nourishing a healthier you, but for specific goals and results, it is recommended that our process together extends over a minimum duration of 5 months to one year. Each session will bring a different discussion, new tools, new perspectives and a next step into your journey. For every session, a new health plan will be tailored to your current needs and schedule. As you change with the process, the process will change with you.

Single consultation - 90 minutes

If you’re not seeking a comprehensive nutrition program but would appreciate guidance and professional feedback on your current approach, you have the option to book a single consultation. During this 90-minute session, you can bring your questions and concerns about meal planning, dietary strategies, and supplementation, and I will provide you with expert feedback to enhance your outcomes and assist you in making well-informed choices.

Supplementation

With my extensive background in this field, we'll discuss supplements that can complement your dietary choices to ensure you're getting all the essential nutrients your body needs from reliable sources.

Continuous Support

Our commitment doesn't end with your consultation. I offer ongoing support and guidance to help you stay on track and achieve lasting results.
